HealthShare Digital is a digital health platform connecting patients with healthcare providers through streamlined online booking and engagement tools. With a wide network of clinics and medical professionals, HealthShare supports seamless appointment scheduling and digital touch points across the healthcare journey.

The Challenge

HealthShare Digital needed a way to track and attribute online bookings made through their embedded widget — not just on their own platform, but also across their partner clinics’ websites. Existing analytics implementations were inconsistent, with limited visibility into user actions and incomplete marketing attribution.

Faye Digital delivered a focused analytics enhancement project across two key workstreams:

1. Booking Widget – Analytics Review

  • Audited the current implementation of GA4 and GTM
  • Defined and configured 2–3 key conversion events using available signals
  • Enabled event propagation so clinics could receive booking events within their own GA4 accounts
  • Delivered clear, self-service documentation to support internal teams and clinic clients

2. GA4 Conversion Tracking for Clinic Websites

  • Leveraged existing Google Tag Manager setups on partner clinic websites
  • Configured tags, triggers and variables to detect booking events via iFrame
  • Ensured continuity of marketing channel attribution to preserve source/medium tracking
  • All work was scoped under the assumption of a functioning GA4/GTM foundation, minimising disruption and keeping the implementation lean.

The Results

HealthShare Digital and its clinic partners gained:

  • Reliable tracking of booking completions across multiple web properties
  • Actionable insights into user behaviour and engagement through GA4
  • Improved accuracy in marketing performance reporting
  • Scalable documentation and setup that could be replicated across additional clinics
